On the premise of ensuring project quality and safety, this technology changes the key path of construction, makes the outer tank and vault of a large LNG storage tank work synchronously, thus effectively shortening the construction period, reducing the use of large machinery and large tooling, eliminating safety risk of aerial work, and reducing the construction difficulty of projects. This technology is certified to be a leading domestic technology. This innovative technology has applied for 11 patents, including 10 patents granted, and won 9 scientific and technological progress awards of the China Installation Association. Among them, the "Construction Process for the Pneumatic Jacking of Dome Roofs of Large Low-Temperature Storage Tanks and Balance Guide Devices" won the Excellence Award at the 18th WIPO-CNIPA Award for Chinese Outstanding Patented Invention & Industrial Design, and the normalized construction method with this technology as the core was rated as a national normalized construction method, and the "Concrete Construction Technology for Dome Roofs of LNG Storage Tanks" won the second prize for technological progress awarded by the China Association of Construction Enterprise Management and the first prize for the innovation achievements of chemical construction awarded by the China National Association of Chemical Construction Industry Enterprises.
