According to the demand for modular construction of AP1000 nuclear power plants, we have invented special tools such as multi-stage hanging beam spreaders, special lifting lugs for the turning and erecting of structural module assemblies, and three-point hanging beams, etc. as well as other tools and technologies, such as hoisting construction technology for multi-stage hanging beams. 3D simulation technology and structural finite element analysis technology are successfully applied in the transportation and hoisting of large structural modules, forming a complete set of working procedures and management system for hoisting and transporting in the construction of AP1000 nuclear power plants, which provides reference for the construction subsequent nuclear power plants. This technology has been granted 6 patents (including 1 invention patent) and 2 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.
