The special template tooling developed with this technology for the installation of primary equipment of AP1000 unifies different elevation positions and central insulation brackets as the only installation benchmark, which allows for quick and accurate installation of the insulation layers of pressure vessels. We have developed special drilling equipment and special tooling, which can solve the difficult problem of high-precision fabrication of support countersunk holes for pressure vessels (the diameter deviation of the positioning hole is 0.05mm, the concentricity deviation is 0.08mm). The special positioning tooling we have developed for pressure vessel meets the requirements of positioning clearance of pressure vessels. Our special jacking tooling for steam generators reduces the influence of steam generator settlement on the primary pipes. During the installation of the main pump, three-dimensional laser tracking measurement technology and virtual models of the pump casing and the motor are used to realize accurate positioning of the main pump and ensure that the minimum axial clearance is less than 0.3mm. This technology has been granted 14 patents (including 5 invention patents), 10 provincial science and technology awards and 4 provincial normalized construction methods.
